The Institut Magellan was started by the Cercle Magellan, a professional network of over 250 large multinational companies, bringing together almost 1,500 professionals from different HR specializations in France and around the world (international HR directors, international mobility managers, compensation & benefits managers and international talent managers).

The Institut Magellan’s role is to meet the needs of multinational companies by training professionals in areas of HR expertise in high demand on the job market. It is a preferred center for continuing education for HR departments to meet immediate and long-term training needs, offering practical and operational training modules delivered by leading experts from the field. The synergies established between the network and our training courses allow us to offer programs that are always in step with constantly changing HR practices and companies’ needs.
