    > Introduction, presentation of geopolitical, economic and social specifics of Brazil and Latin America

    > Brazilian society

    > Working environment: Brazilian employment law, immigration and taxation basics

  • Tuesday 24 March 2020, 9:00 - 18:00: presentations

    > HR management and practices in Brazil and in Latin America 

    > Risk and security management

    > Round table with expatriate partners

    > Cocktail reception for participants and speakers

  • Wednesday 25 March 2020, 7:00 - 17:30: transfer and site visit in Campo Grande, meetings with site management
  • Thursday 26 March 2020, 9:00 - 13:00: presentations

  > Thematic round table with CEO: cooperation between management and HR in Brazil and Latin America

> Thematic round table with HRDs in Latin America
